Dr. Anthony Baird, DDS

Dr. Baird grew up in Utah and went into dentistry for reasons that still hold true today: he loved working with his hands, building real relationships with patients, and being a trusted part of his community. He trained at Virginia Commonwealth University, then came home and opened Millcreek Family Dental from scratch.

More than twenty years later, what fires him up most are transformations, watching a patient who used to hide their smile finally find it again. That pull toward bigger, more complex work led him to the Kois Center, where he has completed most of the curriculum on bite, jaw function, and full-mouth rehabilitation. It is why he can keep cases in-house that many dentists send away: single-tooth implants planned on a 3D scan, same-day crowns, smile makeovers, and worn-down bites rebuilt from the ground up.

Outside the office, he frequently enjoys fly fishing, mountain biking, skiing, and time with family. He is also the dentist who hands out his cell number, because when a dental problem hits after hours, he would rather you call him than panic alone.

Debbie

Debbie has run the front office at Millcreek Family Dental for over 20 years in the dental field, including a decade with this practice. She's usually the first person new patients talk to, and she makes it her mission that every visit feels like family. Outside the office, she's spending time with her grandkids or out riding with her husband.

Aubrey

Aubrey has been part of the Millcreek team since 2010 and grew up right here in Bountiful. She earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from Weber State University, where she was recognized with a Future Leader award, and holds additional certifications in local anesthesia, CPR, and Zoom Whitening. Patients know her for genuinely caring about their comfort and wellbeing at every visit.

Becky

Becky has been cleaning teeth for Millcreek patients for 18 years, and it shows in the relationships she's built along the way. She wants every patient to feel completely at ease in her chair and encourages anyone with a concern to speak up so she can address it directly.

Ashley

Ashley joined the practice in 2014 and holds a degree in Dental Hygiene with Local Anesthesia from Weber State University, along with certifications in radiology and CPR/AED/Basic Life Support. She's passionate about helping patients understand the connection between oral health and overall health, and about making sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they sit down.

Natalie

Natalie is one of the newer additions to the Millcreek team and brings genuine enthusiasm to every patient interaction. She loves learning new things on the job and wants every patient to feel comfortable and cared for while they're in her chair.

Tara

Tara is a Bountiful local who earned her Dental Assisting certification from Davis Tech before joining the Millcreek team. She loves getting to know patients and making sure every visit feels warm and welcoming, and she brings that same enthusiasm to life outside the office with her family and friends.

Ava

Ava grew up in Kaysville and graduated from Mountain High before earning her Dental Assisting certification at Davis Tech. Millcreek Family Dental is her first practice, and she loves getting to know new and familiar faces alike. Nothing makes her happier than helping a patient feel relaxed in the chair and watching them leave feeling comfortable and cared for. Outside the office, she likes to unwind at home with a crochet project in hand.

Karen

Karen brings a background in business administration to running the front office, along with a genuine love of helping patients feel good about their care. She takes real pride in making the scheduling and front-desk experience smooth and personal for every patient who walks through the door.

Carlie

Carlie joined the dental field in 2021 with experience across general, pediatric, and endodontic dentistry, plus training in leadership and customer service that shows in how she connects with patients. She loves hearing patients' stories and making sure everyone feels heard and well cared for during their visit.
